If you have active service in our community, you can follow these steps to find your API key.
After you have logged in this is your main page, you can see all information about Services, Orders, Invoices and Tickets.
Step 1: To get the API key you can.
1. Click on Services, which will show you all active services that you have.
2. You can also click directly on the service that you have, and go directly under the details page for your active service, in this case as showed on following image is API.
Step 2: If you clicked on the Services as showed in the Step 1 here above, you will see this page.
1. You can click on API name to go to the details page for your active service. (This works the same way as Button marked nr. 2 in Step 1.)
2. This service must have the status Active to continue.
3. Works as the same way as the API button (1).
Step 3: Here is where the magic happens.
1. is your API key.
2. is your current IP address if you have already use the API key, if this field is not showing API at this stage means it's valid to be used by any address at this stage. (Custom IP addresses for servers etc., cannot be set at this stage.)
3. If you by any change need to change the IP address, for example if you have dynamic IP addresses you can simply hit Reset button, if that button is activated the old IP address will not be able to use that API key, unless the request is made again from that API address.
4. Shows if your service is Active, Suspended, Canceled etc.
5. Will show you details for that active service.
6. You can use those buttons to Renew Service, Open a support ticket related to this service, Request Cancelation for this service, or to go back to your Services overall page.)
